Excellent service from start to finish. Log in on line is easy with clear instructions. Staff are extremely attentive whilst waiting for service to be completed. Regular updates about timings and remedial work on car. Snacks and drinks plentiful.

Much as above - Sycamore MINI have never tried to really help rather, we have been bounced from MINI Sycamore, to MINI and then to BMW Group and back again. It is the worst service I have ever received from any car dealership.

Not so happy this time as I unexpectedly needed a courtesy car and was offered an enormous one out of my comfort zone that I wasn't prepared to risk driving. My husband was thus inconvenienced as he had to fetch me and bring me back the next day.

My Mini brake service light came on, so I booked it in for a check. I received an advisory on the rear brake pads that didn't need changing urgently, together with an invoice for £0;00. However, they changed the pads without authorisation & bill £290

You need to fix the service car parking. Next to no parking available on arrival. You mark where you've left the car on a map but it's not the same on collection of the vehicle.

Very happy - even though the work could not be completed on the day because parts had to be ordered, this was communicate to me throughout. Video was sent to me which showed where the issues on the vehicle were - everything clear.
