The staff are very friendly. However I was disappointed by the following: 1) failed to order the touch up paint I asked for until i collected the car. 2) failed to inspect the corrosion requested. So I now need to re attend

We used the Exprees service, our car was ready for collection at the agreed time and the car was returned having been cleaned inside and outside. The team at Sycamore Stamford were polite and very helpful.

The process had a lot of snags on the way through but the service and checking in from Jordan and Duane at Sycamore Peterborough was exceptional. It was disappointing with the system issues and delays but they made up for it.

I originally booked service and mot I wanted both doing together to save time and hassle, a few days later I was rang and told they could not do mot as ramp had been broken for months. Ask them to fix door handle they didn't
