On collection kept waiting for quite a while as only 1 person available. Video not sent until we chased. We requested assistance with turning off some error messages sadly this was rejected. Dangerous tyre marked as Amber but should've been Red.

I did not realise my service booking for 9am was an open booking involving service work being done throughout the day. However, the person on the desk was very helpful and informed the engineers who obviously also responded well.

Excellent service, from first contacting Sycamore garage in Peterborough who booked the work to be done in Stamford- to the work being completed. We were very impressed with the deputy service manager in Stamford who was so very helpful.

The service I received was excellent, from when I arrived I was quickly seen by one of the team, shown to my courtesy car. I received an update on my cars health, via a visual inspection, and when collecting my car again was quickly seen to.

Firstly I was given an estimated wait time of two hours ..... after two hours ... car ok but I waited another hour. My two new tyres were not correctly specified on the health check My dash cam was disconnected ? but was not reconnected ?

Always get great service! I am always looked after well by everybody! Always greeted with a friendly smile & a lovely cup of coffee by the lady on reception, while I wait! I have also used the car lift into town & that gentleman is also really nice!

Easy to get an appointment, lots of communication up to the appointment and it was done quicker than expected. The service advisors were also efficient and nice coffee!

Didn't really like dropping my keys off to a locker. It felt very impersonal. Was advised (via a voicemail message) that my 'while I wait' MOT would take about an hour, but I was there for almost two. I'd have gone got a longer walk had I known!

Car was serviced in a timely manner. Was disappointed the coffee machine wasn't working as it was out of milk. I did inform the chap at the desk but nothing was done to fix it. Other mini garages have cans of pop, tea & coffee on tap.

if a customer is waiting, hand the inspection report by hand rather than sending it electronically without warning. Attend to the customer who is in front of you and don't get stroppy when the customer insists on being attended to.

Not great customer service After the service the car was parked up at 15.17 but actually got to pay the bill at 15.53 so waited 1/2 hour that I needn't have. Sadly the service department is getting worse at this dealership.

Peterborough lacks customer service. So many staff and you still have to wait. Labour costs continually quoted, its a premium car brand, car has full warranty, but staff treat women differently, awful experience..staff don't listen
